How long before I receive my package ?

Domestic Delivery Australian post is our primary freight carrier for purchases inside Australia. Delivery within Australia normally takes approximately 2 to 5 working days depending on the location. International Delivery Standard international delivery normally takes 7-18 days. Express international delivery normally takes 5-14 days.
Do you offer the signature service ?

Yes, we do. You can contact us after you place the order or leave an note if you need.
Why I didn’t receive the order confirmation email ?

Normally you will receive an order confirmation email within 24 hours after placing the order. If not, please contact us and send us the screenshot of the payment, we will check it for you.
Do you offer refund ?

We do not offer refund but we do exchange. Please choose carefully, if you need any help choosing the right size or color please contact us, we are happy to help.
How to track my order ?

You will receive an email notification of the tracking number after your package is shipped out. For anymore inquiries please feel free to contact us.

How can I know which cap size to choose ?

Our default capsize is medium. The reason for this is because, you can adjust your wig by using the combs and the adjustable straps built in the wig, it is suitable for more than 95% of our customers.
How long on average does a wig last?

The life of a wig depends primarily on the care and attention of the person who wore. Correct care for the wig can extend the life by up to two or three years. On the other hand, other factors such as the uses of straighteners, hair dryers or sleeping with the wig can accelerate the wear and tear.
The lace will match my scalp ?

We use transparent and light brown lace, this way, our customers can tint the lace with their own concealer to match their skin tone perfectly.
How to care your hair ?

When you wash your wig, better brush it first. Use warm water and hair shampoo. Then put hair conditioner equally on the hair for 5 minutes. Wash it with clean water. Hair conditioner is very necessary every time when you wash your wig ! We suggest you to use high quality hair conditioner. If you want to blow dry your wig , please blow to 80% dry, then keep the rest 20% to naturally dry, this way, it will keep your hair away from drying and frizzy! When you feel the hair are very dry, you can spray some hair oil. Meanwhile, when you wash the hair, you can pour little hair care oil into warm water ,and put the hair inside that warm water for 10 minutes around. The hair will be more silk and soft comparing before. But we don't suggest you to use hair oil everyday. Because hair oil may make your hair strands dry and hard!

What is the grade of your hair ?

All our wigs are 9A or 10A grade 100% virgin human hair.
What is grade 9A and 10A

Grade 9 & 10A are the best quality hair and considered luxury grade in the wigs industry.
What is your lace color?

We have medium/light brown and transparent Swiss lace. Most importantly, we have the best Swiss lace HD lace. If you have special needs, you can leave us a not when placing your order.
My wig can shed ?

Yes, Although wigs shed just like your normal hair, we make sure our wigs last a long time and don’t loose too much hair over time.
